This Privacy Policy explains how Astrill Accelerator (referred to as “this Service” or “we”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in the mobile application (referred to as the “App”). We process data under a minimum-necessary approach and work to protect user privacy within this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate device location information. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Astrill Accelerator node distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service notices such as security alerts, service updates, or necessary account information sent through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and product improvement. Except for the following circumstances, we do not share identifiable personal information: 1. Legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of users, the platform, or public safety; 3. Necessary cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App using your device’s standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is found, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect data confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or service process adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
