This agreement is a legal contract between you and Astrill Accelerator (referred to as the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, or misuse the App, related trademarks, or service content without authorization. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will provide appropriate notice where required. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices, as this may weaken system security and affect App operation.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you may also be bound by the terms of those third-party services.

Service limitation notice: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signal, carrier policy, or local network restrictions. Using the App outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges. If roaming outside your home country, confirm that you have an appropriate data plan and permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service due to a drained battery, system restriction, or unavailable local network is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate node and route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from it. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services in accordance with applicable rules; after termination, the granted license becomes invalid.

Digital Service Non-Refund Policy
